Lubrizol Corporation, a global fortune 500 company that manufactures specialty chemical products, launched a food grade plastics component of their business that necessitated their space meet stringent FDA certification requirements. Adjacent to Amazon, Crossdock’s three tenant 668,000 S.F. Class “A” building (Lubrizol, Bose, Shoe Sensation) provides ingress and egress from both the front and rear of the site with accessible docks on both sides. Initially constructed as a speculative building, flexible interior-exterior design supplemented with build to suit tenant improvements resulted in Lubrizol selecting the front half of the building facing Highway 62.
