Lee Wilburn started his development career constructing his own single-family homes in Seattle, Washington and started his own residential construction development company due to the high demand for his homes. In Seattle, Lee built hundreds of homes in his own subdivisions that won many awards for quality, workmanship, and environmental stewardship and conservation. Lee has designed, constructed, managed, and developed many stellar subdivisions over his forty-year career
