Our Name Says it All
Crossdock Development started more than twenty years ago as an industrial development company in Louisville, Kentucky; one of the most targeted secondary markets for institutional capital. Our experience in Louisville has exposed Crossdock to all the cutting facility trends due to national tenants being attracted to Louisville’s centrality and being home to UPS Worldwide Hub which is the fourth-busiest cargo airport worldwide. We take our national trend experience to every new industrial project to ensure that we provide the best facility for our customer.
