Lee Wilburn

Principal & Partner

Educated at the University of Louisville and the University of Virginia, where he received a law degree, Lee Wilburn understands what is required to preside over a well-organized company. He is an owner, a developer, and an investor with over three decades of experience in the real estate industry and one billion dollars in completed transactions.

His accomplishments also include having been a general contractor, an attorney, and managing partner of numerous projects in the area ranging from 250,000 to over 1,000,000 square feet. As President of Crossdock Development, Inc., he applies his diverse range of skills and decades of experience to the satisfaction of his clientele.

Scott Moser

Principal & Partner

Scott Moser is a professional engineer that has designed and project managed all asset classes for twenty-five years. From identifying land, to purchase agreement and underwriting, Scott ensures that the final design and construction is completed on time and on-schedule. Not just singular user developments, Scott has been sought out to master plan mixed-use and industrial park developments due to his extensive background in planning and engineering with specialties in drainage, traffic and transportation engineering. His engineering involvement in a number developments have resulted in award winning facilities; Amazon was one such award winning facility that was one of Amazon’s first prototype fulfillment facilities in 2011. This project was a year long design build with many moving parts changing throughout the lifecycle of the project as the prototype plans and specifications evolved.

Scott Moser’s industrial development background initially started as a professional engineer owning his company; Accurus Engineering. As the owner of Accurus Engineering, Scott developed an impeccable reputation for providing site construction and project management services for industrial client’s new facilities and subsequent expansions; many of which were large complex design build projects with short time frames. Scott joined the Crossdock Team in 2018 after 12 years of providing services to Lee Wilburn and his team.
