Lubrizol – Bose – Shoe Sensation

A three tenant 668,000 Class “A” facility was constructed initially as a speculative building, but quickly became home to three tenants with widely varying space requirements.

Shoe Sensation, a local high growth company, required a new Crossdock Development space that would capitalize on state of the art logistics technology to meet their ever increasing on-line demands from its shoe and apparel customers.

Bose, a premier audio electronics manufacturer, needed flexible logistical space that could adapt to their changing needs as a result of new global market trends.

Lubrizol Corporation, a global fortune 500 company that manufactures specialty chemical products, launched a food grade plastics component of their business that necessitated their space meet stringent FDA certification requirements.
